Still stuck? Email support@osrshub.net
or ping the Discord. Most replies inside 12h, faster during EU peak.
01
What exactly do I get when I buy a server?
A dedicated bingo server on your own clan link, an admin dashboard, OSRS templates, Discord updates, player submission flow, and managed hosting. Live in under a minute after checkout.
02
How fast is setup, really?
Seconds from Stripe confirmation. The order page confirms the moment your server, clan link, and admin access are ready.
03
Do players need to install anything?
No. Everything is browser-based. Players visit your clan link, submit screenshots, and watch the board from desktop or mobile.
04
How does Discord integration work?
You paste a Discord update URL into your admin dashboard. We post tile completions, milestones, event start/end updates, and leaderboard changes to the channels you choose.
05
Can I customise the bingo board?
Yes. Pick a template, then edit tiles individually — name, points, glyph, difficulty, completion criteria. Or build from blank. Save your boards as private templates.
06
How many players can join one event?
Soft cap is 250 per event with multiple teams. Most clans run 20-60. Need more? Email support, we'll bump it.
07
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Access stays live until the end of your paid month. After cancellation, data is retained for 30 days and reactivation during that period is subject to restoration.
08
What if my event runs longer than a month?
Just stay subscribed — $12.10/month. There's no per-event cost. Many clans keep a server running year-round for back-to-back events. If billing fails, use the billing portal or contact support for payment recovery.
