Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, and after cancellation data is retained for 30 days.

Payment recovery

If a payment fails, use the billing portal to update your card and retry the charge. If you need help, email support@osrshub.net.

Credential recovery

If you lose access credentials during the retention window, contact support@osrshub.net for restoration assistance.

Setup issues

If your server cannot be created or a setup issue prevents you from using OSRSHub, contact support so we can fix it or review a refund.

Refunds and invitation rewards

A referral counts only if that clan's subscription is still running 30 days after they bought. If they have cancelled by then, the referral does not count toward your free month; if they have asked to cancel but not yet left, we wait for the outcome. That window exists so a free month reflects clans that actually stayed.

Refunding a referred clan does not by itself cancel their subscription, so a refund alone does not undo a referral — if you believe a referral should not have counted, tell us and we will look at it.

Once a referral has qualified it stays qualified, and a free month already applied to your invoice is never reversed — if we have told you a month is free, it is free.

Your own refund does not cost you referrals you have already earned. If your subscription ends while a free month is waiting, we hold it and apply it if you come back.
